In 'My account' at the right top of your screen, you always can view or edit your account information. We guarantee that these information is safely stored. In your account we store information, like your name, e-mail address, delivery and invoice address. These information you only have to fill in once. You can always look into and edit your account information.

| Password forgotten |

| When it appears that during signing in you have forgotten your password, you can ask for a new password. Click on 'password forgotten' on the login page and fill in your e-mail address. A new password is sent to this e-mail address. With this new password you can now sign in.

| Order history |

| To view your account information click on 'My account', at the right top of your screen and fill in your e-mail address and password. In 'My account' you will find information about your current and former orders (order number, date of order, total amount and order status). To view detailed information of a certain order, please click on the "view" button.

Any time you can view the order status of your order in 'My account'.
We have the following order statuses:
Processing:
Your order is being checked and the delivery time is being determined.
iDEAL pending:
Payment of your order is taking place via iDEAL (we still have NOT received your payment yet!).
iDEAL paid:
The payment of your order has taken place via iDEAL (we have received the payment).
iDEAL failed:
The payment of your order via iDEAL has failed.
iDEAL cancelled:
The payment of your order via iDEAL has been cancelled.
iDEAL expired:
The payment of your order via iDEAL has been expired.
Accepted:
Your order has been checked and accepted. Via e-mail you will be informed about the delivery time.
Reminder:
When payment has not taken place within 2 weeks after ordering, you will receive a reminder via e-mail. Within 1 week the order has to be paid otherwise it will be deleted.
Refused:
For example when your information is not complete or incorrect, an invalid payment method has been selected or an ordered product can not be supplied. Via e-mail you will be informed about the reason of refusal.
Shipped:
Your order is being shipped to you or already received by you. The shipment code with which you can trace the order (only in the Netherlands) is being sent to you by e-mail.
