Our shopping cart is in fact the same shopping cart as used in a supermarket! You can add products to it, but you are not obligate to order these. It just simply offers you the possibility to look further on the site. You can always look what is in your shopping cart, wherever you are on our site. Click on 'Shopping cart', located at the right top in the navigation bar.
You can add products in the shopping cart by clicking on the 'in cart' button, which is displayed by every product. The number of models of a certain product you like to order can be adapted in the shopping cart. Here also products can be removed from the shopping cart by selecting the 'remove' option. All changes will be processed when clicking on the 'update' button.

| Creating an account |

On the moment you like to order the products added in the shopping cart you have to sign in at our site.
When you are a new customer without an account you first have to create a personal account. On the 'my account information' page you can fill in your account information (like, name, address, phone number, password, etc.). These information only have to be filled in once. Later on you always can view and edit your account information by using your e-mail address and password.
The advantage of having an account is that you can check the status of your order and look at your order history.

To process all orders correctly we need your account information like, name, address, phone number and e-mail address. When making an account these information is asked for. You also can indicate if you like to receive our newsletter.
Your account information we use for:
- sending an order confirmation by e-mail
- checking payments
- shipping orders
- sending our newsletter (only when you have subscribed)
The information you have filled in 'My account' is sent to us via e-mail. Your account information is being processed confidentially and stored safely. They will not be given or sold to third parties. Only the by Alle Keukenmachines selected persons have access to your account information.
The identity registration of Alle Keukenmachines (named customer administration) has been announced at the Registration chamber and is registered by number: P-0021954. Businesses who strictly follow the Law of Identity registration are registered at this organisation.
When you want to view, edit or remove your account information, please send us an e-mail or edit your information in 'My account'. We also will inform you about the requested information and/or edit our files on your request.
